The Story
Uber reached out to us to create a custom sneaker project built around their brand colors and the idea of movement. The pair was made using Nike Vision Court Next Nature as the base, keeping the structure clean while allowing space for the artwork to stand out.
The design was developed using a black and white palette, staying close to the visual identity of the brand while giving the shoe a stronger, more expressive look.

A drip design built around the swoosh
The main focus of the pair is the black swoosh finished with a drip effect. Instead of placing the color flat on the surface, the paint was extended downward to create a sense of flow, giving the shoe a more handcrafted and artistic feel.
The phrase “Move with Mobility” was integrated along the swoosh, following the same direction of the design so the text becomes part of the movement instead of a separate element.
Minimal colors, strong contrast
Most of the shoe was left white, allowing the black details to carry the weight of the design. This contrast keeps the pair clean from a distance, but more detailed when seen up close.
The Uber name was placed on the heel in a simple way, keeping the branding present without interrupting the flow of the artwork.

A balance between clean and custom
The idea behind this pair was to keep the silhouette recognizable while letting the paint give it character. The drip effect adds personality, but the limited colors keep the shoe wearable.
This balance is often what makes a custom pair work, keeping the structure of the original sneaker while turning it into something that feels unique.
Custom sneakers as a creative project
Projects like this allow us to treat each pair as a small canvas. Instead of repeating the same design, every commission comes with its own direction, its own colors, and its own details.
