When CEO Calls
For this project, Robert Lee, CEO of Dragos, contacted us to develop a new custom sneaker concept for their team. Instead of repeating the same design from previous orders, the idea was to explore new options that still stayed within the company identity.
We worked on multiple concepts before finalizing the direction, testing different color combinations, logo placements, and graphic elements inspired by the company branding and the type of work they do.
Who is Dragos?
Dragos Cybersecurity is a privately held cybersecurity company headquartered in Washington, DC, focused on protecting critical industrial infrastructure from cyber threats. Their work extends globally, with presence in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and the Middle East.

Exploring Different Design Concepts
Several versions were created before choosing the final design. Some concepts focused on a clean corporate look, while others included more graphic elements such as lightning effects, industrial silhouettes, and variations of the Dragos logo.
The goal was to keep the sneakers custom and recognizable without making them feel too loud, so employees could actually wear them outside of company events. Each pair starts with authentic Nike AIr Force 1 base sneakers and is customized by hand.

A Different Ordering System for Large Teams
For this project, instead of collecting sizes manually, the process was set up through a private ordering link. Team leaders and employees receive access to the link and can place their order directly, selecting their size and confirming their pair individually.
This system makes large company orders easier to manage while still keeping every pair made to order.

A Project Developed Over Multiple Collaborations
Dragos Cybersecurity is a recurring client who has trusted us over the years to create different custom sneaker projects for their employees. Each collaboration has been slightly different, but the goal has always been the same, to design something that represents the company while still being wearable in everyday situations.
Custom Sneakers as Part of Company Culture
When employees can choose their own pair and know it was made specifically for their team, the result feels more personal and lasts longer than a typical corporate gift.
We regularly work with companies looking to create custom sneakers for employees, leadership teams, or special events. Each project is developed from scratch based on the brand, the purpose of the order, and the number of pairs needed.
