We first collaborated with Subway when their main office contacted us to create a custom pair of sneakers as a gift for their Employee of the Month. The goal was to design something special that represented the company’s identity while also feeling personal and memorable for the person receiving the award.
From One Gift to Multiple Employee Awards
The project was very well received, and over time, the collaboration continued. What started as a single gift for their headquarters became a recurring project for different team leaders, employee recognitions, and internal awards across the company.
Throughout these projects, we worked closely to match Subway’s branding as accurately as possible. Over time, the company introduced updates to its logo and color palette, and each new pair required adjusting the tones, materials, and finishes to stay aligned with its current visual identity.

For every design, we used precise color references to recreate the updated shades introduced in Subway’s new branding. Our goal was to match their revised color palette as accurately as possible so the sneakers would stay consistent with their current visual identity. Each pair was hand-painted, one by one, to feel like a natural extension of the brand rather than just a custom, easy-made product.
