Joy’s Closet, LLC DBA JOY'S operates this store and website under the Joy’s Customs brand. This includes the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through the website to provide customers with a shopping experience, collectively referred to as the “Services.” The Services are powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the store.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase or other transaction, or communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy concerning the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.

Shipping Carriers

Orders placed through the Shopify store may be automatically synchronized with Popout, Inc., doing business as Shippo, for order fulfillment and shipping administration.

To create and administer a shipment, we may provide Shippo with the recipient’s name and shipping address and, if provided to us, the recipient’s email address or telephone number. We may also provide package, order, and tracking details reasonably needed to create and purchase a shipping label, generate tracking information, and complete delivery.

Shippo may transmit the information needed for transportation and delivery to the selected carrier, which may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another carrier. Shippo and the selected carrier process the information they receive under their own terms, privacy policies, retention practices, and legal obligations. Their systems and retention decisions are not controlled by Joy’s Customs.

Relationship With Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services to provide, protect, and improve the Services.

Information submitted through the Services is transmitted to Shopify and may also be shared with third parties that may be located in countries other than the country where you reside.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify may use information from your interactions with this store, with other merchants, and with Shopify to provide enhanced services.
