The Story
Over the past 6 years, we have been commissioned on multiple occasions to create custom sneakers and personalized pieces for employees, leadership teams, and internal corporate events across the United States.
The work centered on translating each brand into a wearable piece. Colors, logos, materials, and small design details were selected to connect with the label being represented while still creating something people would actually enjoy receiving and wearing.
Custom Awards For Employees And Leadership
Many of these pieces were created as awards for top performers, recognition gifts, or prizes for internal contests. Instead of using traditional trophies or standard corporate gifts, the company chose custom sneakers as a more personal and memorable way to recognize people.
The designs had to feel branded without looking like promotional merchandise. That balance was important, especially for pieces meant for employees, executives, and internal events.
Brands Included In These Projects
Our work included designs made for several brands, including Jameson, Código Tequila, Skrewball, and Absolut Vodka.
Each brand had its own visual language. Some designs used stronger graphics and recognizable brand elements, while others leaned toward a cleaner, more refined look. We used the references provided to guide the artwork and make sure the final result matched the tone of the brand.
Multiple Projects Over The Years
Because the projects were created for different teams, occasions, and recipients, no two commissions were handled the same way. Some required a more playful approach, while others needed something more minimal and polished.
Working across multiple brands also required consistency in execution. Even when the style changed, the quality, finish, and attention to detail had to remain the same.
