The service of this company was outstanding!! My husband and I wanted to wear matching cherry blossoms shoes on our wedding day and the company assured us they would arrive in time. Then shoes came earlier than expected. The shoes are beautiful!! We both received many compliments on our shoes. The air forces were comfortable and we wore them all night dancing where they remained comfortable. I�m so happy with this purchase. I would order from this company again in a heartbeat.

The shoes came out amazing and I love them! I was a bit skeptical ordering something from someone’s instagram page and it did take a while for the shoes to get here, but I love my shoes! Amazing work!

Only reason shipping was rated low was because the postal system originally *lost* the package--but the seller completely rectified their mistake, and I got the shoes just in time!

Joy's was a breeze to work with and the custom shoes came out WAY BETTER than I could have imagined.

Oh my gosh! The shoes are adorable and I had reached out to the owner before hand, letting her know my time crunch as my future daughter-in-law waited till the last minute. Not only were they able to get them to me on time they were even earlier than expected! The customer service/correspondence was excellent!

The shoes and business went above and beyond my expectations!!! Not only are the shoes STUNNING but Joy has truly some of the best customer service I�ve ever experienced. I reached out with some ideas for a custom pair of Nikes and not only did she find something better than what I was asking, but was able to keep it below my budget. And it doesn�t end there! When UPS tried to charge me $200 for customs fees I (heartbrokenly) reached out to Joy with fear of having to cancel my order but she was able to work with me and UPS to be able to get my shoes to me and on time <3 I cannot thank her and her team enough. I will cherish them forever!

I got customized shoes for my boyfriend�s graduation. What a great gift! The quality of the customization is wonderful. JoysClothing7 worked with me to find the exact color matches I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. JoysClothing7 also worked with my timeline to ensure my boyfriend got the shoes on time for his graduation party. The only thing is the shoes run big, I would order a 1/2 size down. Luckily there are shoe inserts for this problem! I am so happy with the outcome of this gift. I ordered these custom made Naruto themed shoes and they came out EXACTLY how I imagined. I'm so happy with the final product. This is the second pair of shoes ive ordered from Joy and I couldn't recommend her enough. She does great work, communicates well and is super friendly.

The item was fabulous. This was a gift for my wife for her birthday. Joy really put the ideas together and made the perfect custom item. My wife loves them. Will definitely be purchasing again from Joy.

I voiced to Joy that I needed the item before 3/1. I asked upon ordering and was ensured that that if I mentioned in the notes that I need the item before 3/1 I would receive it. I did as Joy stated and mentioned needing before 3/1 in the notes. I messaged Joy on a 2/18 asking about tracking and if the item was sent because it was getting close to 3/1 and the item had yet to be shipped out and I requested to receive before 3/1. Joy stated the item would be shipped out this week. The label for the order was not created until 9pm on Friday evening. It was not shipped out until the night of 2/24. This made it extremely close to not being delivered on time leaving only 4 days for delivery. It is now 2/28 and my package has an unknown location and will not arrive before 3/1. Needed for my baby shower and now have no other options.

Final Resolution: The shoes arrived on time, and we provided a prepaid return label for a full refund if needed** We accepted this order despite it being outside our usual processing time due to the nature of the event. The shoes were shipped on Feb 22nd with upgraded Priority Shipping to ensure fast delivery (2-3 days max). Unfortunately, USPS experienced a delay beyond our control. We immediately opened an investigation, and the package was ultimately delivered on March 1st at 10:43 AM, in time for the event. We understand the frustration, but we did everything possible to ensure timely delivery and always strive to go above and beyond for our customers.

Amazing customer service including both customizing my wedding shoes to incorporate my favorite football team as well as calming my nerves and answering any questions I had through the waiting process. The attention to detail blew my expectations out of the water. I happy cried over my shoes. I�m so glad I found this shop to help me bring my dream shoes to life. I truly couldn�t be more thankful. Definitely worth ordering from a shop who truly cares about the customer!

They looked great out of the box and they were an anniversary gift from my employers not my money, but the black ink used to print the logo has scuffed away after only two days of very normal wear in some light rain. I�ll have to try to touch them up by hand.

I left a review a few days ago and I finally found the pics that I took of the shoes I had made for my daughter and granddaughter!

This was my first time buying any type of custom shoe. My granddaughter mentioned she wanted some for Christmas, so I found Joy’s on Pinterest. I was nervous spending so much on something I’d never bought before and didn’t know the process about. I got nervous because I didn’t know it would take close to two months for the shoes, so I emailed several times to check the status. They were very kind and patient with me. I ended up buying a pair with a piano key design for my daughter as well. Both my daughter and granddaughter were surprised and thrilled Christmas morning! My granddaughter said kids and teachers at school love her shoes. Both pair of shoes turned out as they look on the website. I am currently looking to purchase another pair for my granddaughter’s birthday!
